Let’s talk about each point a bit more...

1-on-1 Meetings
Only 3% of dietitians pass our interview process.
Our dietitians have helped thousands of people with their weight loss journeys.

When it comes to your weight, there's nothing they haven't seen or can't solve.

Selective Hiring

Yet, this is where our dietitians are simply starting their training. We have some of the most selective hiring processes in the world.

  • Only 3% of all Registered Dietitians pass our interview process.
  • Out of 100 Registered Dietitians who apply to Constant Health, only 3 will pass our interview process.

Yet, this is where our dietitians are simply starting their training. We have some of the most selective hiring processes in the world.

  • We rigorously filter for knowledge of weight management(because not every dietitian specializes in it) as well as their instincts around working and interacting with people

How This Makes a Difference

Consider the following graph of a client’s progress over a seven-week period.

The client is stuck by week 7. Most dietitians resort to lowering their food intake, which makes diets more difficult. But not our superheroes. To them, the stall above isn’t perplexing. It’s expected.

Not only have our dietitians seen every situation–they’ve seen it many times before. Here is that same client’s progress extended over 15 weeks, along with two other clients with similar profiles and environmental factors.

If our Superpower Dietitians are Batman, the app is the set of tools that helps him defeat even his toughest adversaries.

One-on-one guidance on your weight management journey.

The Constant Health app (Android and iOS).
Even on its own, the app is already best-in-class for weight management.
Screen shot of recipe section of app-showing filters for Calories, Net Carbs, Protein, Cuisine, Meal Type, number of ingredients, total cook time, and diet type (vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-free, dairy-free, pescatarian, low sodium.

The apps best-in-class status stems from three key features:

  1. An easy-to-use meal and exercise tracker.
  2. Thousands of recipes that can be filtered by ingredients, macro-nutrients, allergies, calorie range, and meal types (e.g. vegetarian, keto, low fat, high protein).
  3. The ability to track your hunger, cravings, goals, and much more.

The true magic of our app is the ability to enhance your team's (i.e. your Dietitian) power to help you.

Not only does it allow you to chat in real-time with your team through the app and schedule 1:1 video calls with them, but also allows your team to get live data points such as your hunger, cravings, progress, and nutrition/exercise logs to identify potential issues before they arise.

But issues will inevitably eventually come up. Perhaps it’s from stress, waning motivation, or simply your body fighting to stay the same weight. The app lets your team sift through all of your data to break past those issues.

Our 15-Week Program is different from anything you’ve done before. And that’s why your experience with weight management will be better than anything you’ve had before.

Beta
Personal fitness coach (and yes, it’s optional).
By popular request, we've have added an online fitness coach to our program with accompanying features on the app!

Your coach will work with equipment you already have access to and the exercises you are able to perform. You get:

  • 1 customized home or at gym program
  • 5 sessions / 3 fitness assessments
  • Weekly check-ins (with program adjustments, if any are needed)

This feature is still in beta, which means:

  • It's available at a discounted rate (an additional $100 total)
  • In-app features are limited (but you still get full access to your fitness coach)
  • We're limiting access to 5 people per month.

Interested in adding this to your 15-week program? Book a call with a Registered Dietitian and ask them for more information.

Want to know more?
What diet will I have to follow?

None. If you are interested in a certain dietary protocol such as intermittent fasting or the ketogenic diet we can work together to implement this safely and sustainably into your daily routine.

However, most of our clients don’t choose to follow a diet, they choose to find ways of eating that feel comfortable, reduce hunger, and support them in meeting their health goals.

Will I need to buy any special foods or supplements?

No! We will never ask you to buy any special foods or supplements. You may want to update your shopping list after some of our discussions but your food choices will always be up to you.

What will happen during each appointment?

During your appointments we set an agenda focusing on:

  • What’s working well and what might be more challenging.
  • Topics or issues around your program that are relevant to you.
  • Designing experiments designed to identify new helpful strategies and support you in building new habits.
How much time will this take?

The very minimum time required to undertake this program is 6 hours to attend appointments over the course of 15 weeks. Equally important (if not even more so) is the time you spend every day building lasting habits — we suggest at least 30 minutes a day to do things like track your meals.
